Unclaimed item, what do I do?
A buyer completed a sale and the item was sent out. Post office tried to deliver but was unable, them the item say at the post office for about 20 days, before they returned to sender. Order status says that the sale was completed, and the buyer hasn't initiated a return. Now what?

Mentor1 month agoGo to the Orders > Paid & Shipped
Locate the order, click CONTACT BUYER, and let the buyer know the package was returned to you because the post office could not deliver to him/her (or s/he never picked it up). You can either refund item price only, or relist the item, and the buyer can repurchase and submit an accurate shipping address.
