The seller told me the item isn't available. Also said that they couldn't cancel my order. for a refund. How do I contact Ebay? Ive been trying and there is nothing to click on. Is there a phone number to call or something. Thanx for any help

When the estimated date of delivery has passed by at least 24 hours, you can file a Refund Request.
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
