Dear eBay,
I am writing to inform you that I have discovered unauthorized transactions on my eBay account.
Please investigate these transactions immediately and credit my account for the amounts that were taken.
I would also like to know how these unauthorized transactions were able to occur and what steps eBay is taking to prevent them from happening again.
The details of the unauthorized transactions are as follows:
* Date and time of transaction: 03JUL2024
* Transaction amount: 215.28
