unauthorized transaction
I may have been hacked. I have NOT made a purchase from this specific seller. Purchase was billed at 6:20 AM. I put in a cancellation at 8:20AM explaining that I did NOT make a purchase. I live alone, so no one else did here either! The seller declined the cancellation, which I do not understand at all. So now what? I have contacted PayPal, as that was where it was billed, changed all passwords. So now what??

Check the order details to see what shipping address was used. Check your account details closely for changes to contact information or primary shipping address or payment details. Change passwords of any linked social media accounts or consider unlinking them from your eBay account.

Mentor4 months agoSellers are not required to cancel purchases no matter what the excuse. Sellers have heard all kinds of reasons to cancel a purchase and most are not valid reasons. Since you went to PayPal eBay will now have nothing to do with the purchase and any decision from PayPal will be final.
