Unauthorized purchases
eBay has on multiple occasions made purchases using my account without my authorization. Then when I try to file a grievance, there's nowhere to file one. I've taken to keeping my credit information off of the account until I actually make a purchase. Has anyone else had this happen to you?

According to the feedback you have left for sellers, you have made approx. 40 purchases in the past month.
Ebay does not make purchases using member's accounts.
Perhaps your Ebay account has been hijacked by someone?
If so, you would need to change your password immediately and report report the unauthorized use of your account.

1-866-961-9253 is a dedicated line for customers who may have experienced fraud on their account.
If you have unauthorized charges on your bank/credit card account, you need to contact your bank/credit card company.
