Unauthorized purchase of an eBay item
Upon discovering I'd "Won the Item" on 1/5/2024 - in fewer than 24 hours of auctions end and receiving "Won Item" notice - I wrote to Seller requesting cancellation as I had no knowledge nor had I authorized the purchase of the item - as of today, 1/6/2024 I have not had a response from Seller and ma now apparently, outside time-frame by which to utilize "More Actions" drop down > "Ask to cancel order"...
In my Message to Seller I included the following:

Greetings from the Los Angeles area, and I'm SO glad you wrote, I'm Paul....
I believe access to my primary method of payment - credit union - was compromised/hacked - AGAIN - as while I did have this speaker on my Watch List I did not place/authorize a bid of any amount. I've been banking with my credit union for over 3 decades, so I have an outstanding record with them and you can see my eBay Feedback rating yourself.
Are you in a position to Cancel this purchase and relist the sound bar? If so, it'll make it a hell of a lot easier for me to just go into my main branch and have another debit issued - BTW, and for what its worth, this is the third time in four month that my account has been compromised. I've so far, not been able to narrow down how and or where - gas station, grocery store etc. - this I'm getting sucked in, but I filed a police report when my account was compromised in November....
I apologize, and eagerly await your opinion on proceeding.
