If an unauthorized person used your Ebay account, change your password immediately. You can contact Ebay Customer Service to report it so they can investigate.

If the unauthorized/fraudulent charges appear on your credit card, you will need to report it to your card company so they can investigate, freeze your card and issue you a new one.

@v.ries13 If the purchase was not made through your own eBay account, contact your card issuer and dispute the charge. They will freeze your card and issue a new one.
