Mentor6 months agoHow do you know it was an ebay purchase? Does it say it is from ebay commerce?

Mentor6 months agoCould the purchase have been made as a guest? Guest purchases are not part of your purchase history. Check your emails for an order confirmation email for that time period to see if the purchase was as a guest. The confirmation email will have special log in instructions so you can view that specific purchase.
