Unauthorized purchase
I am reporting an unauthorized purchase on my account.
I was viewing a listing for an item that I already own and was simply comparing it. Suddenly, I received a notice that the item had been purchased. I did not intentionally place this order.
Within minutes, I contacted the seller and clearly stated that I did not order the item and requested cancellation immediately. The seller’s only response was, “I printed the shipping,” and they have not responded to my multiple follow-up messages expressing concern.
It is currently 1:00 AM on Sunday. I know the item has not been mailed yet. I acted immediately to stop this transaction.
I am requesting:
- Immediate cancellation of this order.
- A review of this transaction as unauthorized.
- An investigation into how this purchase was processed without my consent.
I am very concerned about the security of my account and need assistance right away.

Mentor6 months agoThe seller is not required to cancel the order at your request.
If the seller said they printed the shipping label, it means you paid for the item.
When you were looking at the listing "comparing it", you may have accidentally clicked on the Buy It Now button.
