Unauthorized PayPal transaction
Hi having trouble used a prepaid visa debit card. Had around $16 on it. Yesterday was wiped out $16. Now my balance is $0.
I checked my prepaid card transaction it states PayPal transvanchon as the retailer.
can someone direct me to somebody to help me claim my $16 back?
I did not authorize anyone to auto deduct my $16 from anything at all.
