unauthorized payment ebay o*25-14156-06492
Hello.
My bank account shows a payment, that wasnt done by me. Receiver is eBay O*25-14156-06492, San Jose. I blocked my card already.
1) Is it possible to find and contact the seller? To warn them about the fraudster buyer and eventually stop the shipment.
2) How is it possible that there was no authorization request in my banking app? I assume it was an online purchase via ebay. I have mandatory authorizations enabled for online card payments.
