Unanswered questions.

Question

I have a question about a transaction and in regards to it i just get to a recorded loop that is not answering my question and helping with my problem.

Of course it's impossible to speak to an agent...so I just have to except no resolution...

Ebay is not what it was when there was customer service..not just a limited robot.
