Unable to view sold items in the app
For the last three weeks I have been getting java.io.IOException with a warning triangle when trying look at my sold items in the Android app. Have cleared cache and removed and reinstalled the app but to no avail. Looking online I am not the only user suffering this issue but having reported it to Ebay there has been no response. Have tried on both a Pixel 6a and a Pixel 7 both suffer the same issue. Is it just these model of phone? Why has ebay not responded?
