Unable to verify age
I’ve been struggling to verify age to buy some cutlery. When entering credit card details I get an error “Unfortunately, we ran into a problem and couldn't process your card. Please contact Customer Support.â€
I was on the phone to customer support for 30 minutes stuck at a dead end. I tried two cards, using both iPhone and a laptop and two browsers. Also tried checking out as a guest. At a loss here!
