Unable to Use Refund (Gift Card)
Hello --
I have made several unsuccessful attempts to purchase items with a $70 refund that was given to me for a return item. There is a 10 digit number associated with the Ebay refund "gift card," and the system does not allow me to select the small box next to the gift card icon. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Thank you.
