Unable to use gift card already in system
I have a gift card in the system that still has an available balance, but when I go to check out, I get the message Please check your payment details or use a different payment method. I've used the gift card system many times, today is the first time I've had this problem. I can't seem to find any help online for this. Any suggestions?
