unable to talk to live person
Why does ebay make it so darn impossible to contact them? I have read all the help articles, it ends up after going through the multiple screens process, says it will help conect me to the right agent to speak with and instead it just takes me back through the entire process of going through the "how to do this and that" again and again, AGAIN, and again They've always made it a little difficult to get to an actual person, by giving you the phone number but now they have completly made it IMPOSSIBLE TO GET TO A PERSON!!!..This is bad customer service!!! I absoltly NEED TO START A RETURN TODAY!!!...but am unable to do so, because I can't get to a person!!!..I'm disABLED senior, and I don't know how to post a picture to the"return process" so the "process" won't allow me to go any further!!!!!!...SO I NEED TO TALK TO A PERSON!!!!!!!!...A REAL PERSON!!!!!....I NEED A PHONE NUMBER, EBAY!!!!!!!!!!???????????????

Mentor3 years agoeBay doesn't provide a support number, but at the link below, you can request a call back from eBay by clicking Have us call you on the left side of the page. If you don't see that option, click Chat with our automated assistant. Then type "agent" at the bottom in the chat box. You'll see an option to request a call back there.
