Unable to talk to an agent, no response form seller
I bought head lights from razormontor on E bay and just installed them and they don't work tried numerous times to contact the seller with no luck up to now, very disappointed. Can not find any at E bay to talk to either!!

If an item arrives but is not as described, then the buyer can file a "not as described" return within thirty days.

If the seller does not provide for tracked return shipping, refund the buyer directly or refund once tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller, after three business days, the buyer can ask eBay to step in.
A seller's "no return" policy only applies to "remorse" returns, not for items that are "not as described".
