Unable to sign back into my account on my phone...

Question

So, for the last week and a half, my account on my phone has signed me out of my account and it will not let me sign back in. My desktop, on the other hand, has kept me signed in to my account and am able to message, buy shipping labels, purchase, etc. How the heck do I regain access to my account on my phone?? I've uninstalled and then reinstalled the app....didn't work. I've changed my password...didn't work. I'm getting a little frustrated.

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?

If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach ebay.com instead.
