unable to ship items overseas
(I relisted this posting so I can see the replies)
I am trying to sell something to a buyer who lives overseas. I had enabled eBay's Global Shipping Program when I set up the ad. However, under the Shipping and Payments tab, it says Ships to: United States and does not allow the buyer to enter a different country.
What can I do?

Mentor3 years ago@brwo_663 I clicked on one of your listings and it shows $40 to Israel 'international priority' for the 3 VHS tapes
make sure you are clicking on the apply or done button when setting up the shipping methods

OP3 years agoThank you for checking out another listing.
I am trying to list a pocketknife, but it still says "ship to United States" and does not give options for other countries. After I set up the ad, the only button to push was List It; I did not see Apply or Done after setting up the shipping options.

OP3 years agoI tried to create some dummy ads (different products) and it seems that I cannot select international shipping, whereas my previous ads did. I wonder if eBay changed something...
