Mentor3 weeks agoTry creating a new message by going to the seller's feedback page and using the "Contact" link there. Keep the message short and simple, and do not include any special characters or anything that might look like a phone number or contact information to a simple bot -- including things like numeric part numbers. If prompted for an item number, either use a current listing number or choose "not about an item" rather than using an expired item number.
