unable to send message to seller

Trying to arrange to make local pick-up for an item I purchased. I am supposed to contact the seller to make arrangements but I am unable to send a message to the seller. Each time I attempt to send a message the message fails to send.

Go to the listing page, click on "Contact seller".

Next to "Still have questions?" click on "Contact seller"

In the pop up window that appears, start typing your question where it says "Send message"

Click on the "Send message" button.
