Unable to send Invoice
Hello All.
For some reason, I`m unable to send an invoice to my buyers.
I used to be able to send invoices, and also combine postage too...
Can anyone please help.

Mentor1 year ago@vespat5 You can't send invoices on some items here in the US such as Authenticity guaranteed items or Global Shipping Program items.
The UK site likes to send us visitors.
You need to log out of eBay.com the US and return to the UK site. This might be what's causing the problem.

There are several reasons that can prevent an invoice from being sent, such as the order being through the eBay International Shipping program, or the Authentication Guarantee, or several other similar things, but the specific message should help identify why you can't send an invoice.
