unable to select USPS ground option
I'm trying to select USPS ground select with tracking and any USPS option is blocked out. My package size is normal for USPS - 1 pound, 8 ounces, 13 x 8 x 1. All USPS options are blocked out and I only have UPS, FedEX to choose from when shipping order to buyer and printing label.

The same thing has happened to me when I went to ship an item. I have not been able to figure out why or get the USPS options back. What I ended up doing is to use Pirateship to purchase the USPS label. You can create a free account and they will import your eBay sales to create labels. They offer the same label discounts. You can also go to the Post Office and buy your label but that will be full retail price.

OP2 years agoThe reason why EBAY did not allow me to select USPS was because the address of the buyer did not contain numbers before the street address.
I contacted the buyer to update their address, but had to cancel the order and ask the buyer to repurchase with the updated address as I cannot see the updated address and I cannot change the shipping address.

Glad you were able to find the issue. Canceling and having the buyer correct their address is the correct way to do it. There is no way for them to change it after the fact.
