Unable to see more than 3 days handling time

Question

Hi. When I create a listing I can't see more than 3 days handling time. Tons of googling and I see people saying theres a little pencil under the drop down but i dont see it. Is it a limitation of being a new seller?

You are likely using a version of the listing form that does not have the option. eBay has more than one listing form and new sellers generally use the quick listing form. Look for a link at the top of the page to switch to the advanced/bulk/business form. That form will have the option for a longer handling time.
