Unable to scan trading cards when tying to list them

Question

In the past, I was easily able to scan baseball cards to add them for sale. Now, I'm forced into manual process to list a card. Is there a setting I messed up?

@bigdatacards You should be able to access that option on the APP. Click on MY EBAY at the bottom of the app. Scroll down to the Shortcuts section and select Scan Cards.

Opting in to Business Policies or Seller Hub no longer turns off that option.

I understand that opting into Seller Hub, or using Business Policies, opts you out of using the AI lister. Did either of those activities happen?
