Unable to save new package dimensions and update shipping on a combined invoice for buyer

I had a buyer purchase two items from me. They requested a combined invoice. When I try to send an invoice, I'm able to save the dimensions for the new package, but I'm unable to add the shipping services and therefore, save the changes. I've clicked the "update shipping details" button and it seems to work, but then when I try to add the shipping services, clicking the "add to listing" button does nothing. There doesn't seem to be a way to exit out of the screen without closing it entirely, and when I do that, it doesn't save my package dimension changes. I've tried doing this through My Ebay and also SellerHub, and the same thing happens both ways. How do I get this to save so I can send a combined invoice to my buyer with the update package dimensions and shipping costs?

OP4 months agoI finally got to speak with someone from EBay and he said it's a problem on their end. He's sending a ticket up to their IT department; should hear something in 24 hours.

Mentor4 months ago@pool_baby I am not sure why it's not working but you could have the buyer pay shipping and then refund the difference.>>>
Go to the order page and select all items, Then select get shipping label from the top of the list.
Next page say yes to combine the order. Adjust the package size and weight as needed. This way the tracking is added to all of the sold items.
Then you can go back to the order page and select send refund from the drop down menu next to the items. I recommend taking a little off of each one. For reason select shipping adjustment.
Keep in mind the per transaction fee of .30 or .40 cents is not refunded but eBay does refund your seller fees on the portion that you refund.
