Unable to return an item
I bought a box of Ibuprofen that stated 'coated'. This protects the stomach so quite important if you're having to take quite a few. When the item arrived it was not coated, just ordinary Ibuprofen. I have contacted the seller twice and have had no response.
I'm currently housebound and can't return the item, Ebay has no answers for this. For the price of the item it's hardly worth the postage of returning but I would like a refund on the grounds of an incorrect description.
Any suggestions would be welcome, I've been all round the houses on Ebay.

Mentor2 years agoDid the listing state coated? If so, then the item is not as described. Go to your purchase history and click on return item. You would choose the reason not as described. Your seller has 3 days to either provide you with a return label or refund without having the item returned. If not, go back to the case after the 4th day and ask eBay to step in. You will be refunded. This is the eBay 30 day money back guarantee.
