Unable to respond or accept bids
I am very new to this and only listed one item to try it out. I received two offers (bids) but when I try to respond because I want to accept, they show as declined.? I really need help but eBay AI is not able to understand or help

·2 years agoThey expired before you attempted to accept them. Best Offers expire at the earliest of the time stated on the offer (24 hours at present but they keep changing it), the ending of the listing for any reason, or the first bid in an auction format listing.* At least some of the displays of offer status display lump expired offers in with "declined" instead of stating it as its own thing.

OP2 years agoThank you! I’m brand new to this so only wanted to list one item which clearly I’m not doing so well with listing. Do you know how I can change to buy now vs auction so this doesn’t happen?
