does anyone know how to resolve disputes that have been taken care of over 2 weeks ago .. ebay is no help and is frustrating does anyone also know how to contact someone higher up that could help me

When was the item purchased.
What steps have you taken so far that have not resolved the issue.
Is there a case open through the eBay Money back guarantee?
