Unable To Request Instant Payout
Hello,
I just sold an item and the funds from the sale are now available for payout. However, it only gives me the option to withdraw to a bank account which takes 1-3 days. When I click on the instant payout option, it says unable to use because my name doesn't match. I've checked my profile and settings and my name does match the name on my debit card I'm trying to link. Has this happened to anyone else and is there a way around this?

Mentor2 years agoThe name has to match exactly. Is there a middle initial or middle name? If so, both accounts have to have it. It is easiest to change your registered name on ebay. I had to do that several years ago.
