Unable to reply to some posts
I just tried to reply to a few people who are having the same password protected shipping label problem as me, but there is no reply button on any of their posts. Everybody elses is normal. Am i missing something? What's going on?

Mentor2 years agoIf the posts are on the Ask A Mentor board, only designated mentors (or the original poster) can reply to that thread. So you can create a new post on the Ask A Mentor board, or reply to your own threads, but not others'.
You should be able to reply to posts on discussion boards with the possible exception of some private boards that require joining or subscribing to the board first.
