Unable to remove items from shopping cart that i did not commit to pay
Hi, since I can't contact eBay directly... I've added BIN items to my shopping cart, but am unable to remove them. These are items i did not commit to purchasing. I have cleared cookies, refreshed, signed out and back in again. Still I cannot remove the items. There is one item in my cart that sold but it is still showing up with an error banner. I can't remove it, either. Any help is surely appreciated. I have no way of contacting eBay that I can see. I want to make a purchase, but have decided not to purchase a couple items from the same seller, but right now I'm stuck.

Mentor1 year agoTry using another browser to remove that item from your cart to rule out a browser issue.
Or try using the eBay app.
If you are unable to purchase multiple items from the same seller due to items stuck in your cart, try completing your purchase on ebay.ca instead of ebay.com. Each country site has its own cart system. Just make sure you do not commit to purchase the same multiple-quantity item more than once.
