Unable to reach seller
I purchased an item from an international seller recently and when the item arrived I discovered the item to be defective and unsafe. I reached out to the seller about the issue and he asked if I’m okay with receiving a partial refund and to just keep the item. I told him no, because as mentioned, the item isn’t safe in its current condition. From this point, I initiated a refund through eBay and my money was refunded. However, the seller must have blocked me since I am unable to send him messages regarding return shipping payment since sellers are responsible for return shipping cost. I’m not sure what to do from here. I don’t want to pay out of pocket to send something back overseas, especially when I’ve made several attempts in trying to reach the seller.
