Unable to reach buyer
I sold Fiestaware cups to a buyer. I have six cups in four different colors. The buyer bought three. I have contacted her multiple times to get her color selection. No response. I was supposed to ship by yesterday but the buyer isn't responding.

This is one reason why eBay does not allow "choice" listings. When a buyer completes a purchase, there should be no doubt about what was purchased, and sending messages should not be necessary.
The other reason is: what happens if two buyers make simultaneous purchases and both want the green one?
If you set up the auction as a variation listing, the buyer must choose the specific variations to complete the purchase so it is obvious what has been purchased, and when one variation sells out, it cannot be purchased by anyone else.
