Mentor2 years agoGo to Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping Labels
Locate the transaction. You should be able to click the REPRINT label. I believe you only have 24 hours from the initial printing. If the reprint option is not available, then you can click to VOID the label. You have up to 5 days from the initial printing. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.
Now you can use the PRINT ANOTHER LABEL to get your label printed.
