Unable to put something in the shopping cart
I've been a shopper on eBay for many years. I know how to place something in the cart. But today I cannot place anything in the cart. This is his technical support issue. Nobody is able to help me. It's been 20 minutes me trying to find a **bleep** phone number and I can't find anybody to help me

How many items are in your cart right now? If there are too many, you may not be able to add new items. If you are unable to add or delete items to or from your cart, try using another browser or the eBay app. See if you can delete some items and then add new ones that way.

OP10 months agoI'm essentially using the eBay app. There is nothing else in the cart. I suppose I could try on my computer but somethings not right. Here is the number I keep getting in response to trying to dump something in my cart 365904974277

I'm not having any trouble adding items to my cart. The problem is likely on your computer. Try clearing your cache and cookies and/or try using another browser (Firefox, Chrome, Edge, etc.).
(another possibility...If the problem you're having happened with just one item, it could also be that the item was sold between the time you opened the page and then tried adding it to your cart.)

OP10 months agothe is for the help. Here is the number I keep getting when trying to put something in the cart. There's a dialogue box that says something is wrong and then it gives this number. Does anyone know what it means?? Thanks again for everything
