Unable to purchase shipping label for item that just sold
Hi, I can't purchase a shipping label for one of the items I had listed that just sold. When I click the print shipping label button, for the selected Item, I get this error code: "It was not possible to generate the label. There must be at least one shipping item."
I am grateful for any help.
