Unable to purchase shipping label

Question

Previously, when I sold something on ebay, I could print a shipping label with no problem. This week it has happened to me twice that when I chose to purchase a shipping label, the screen refreshes and the label has not been purchased. Nothing in the troubleshooting articles apply. I have done nothing different this week than I did with previous auctions. Does anyone else have this problem or ideas of what to do? Thanks.

@dkmriggs278dj When eBay shipping labels act up I use pirateship.com. They charge the same price as eBay.

The way you listed the items is not the way auctions work. However, what shipping service did you select? USPS Ground Advantage? What was the weight of the package, and what were the dimensions of the package?
