Unable to Purchase Ship Cover Insurance

Hello Community,

Recenlty, even when prompted I am unable to purchase Ship Cover Insurance. It will go through all the prompts, I will select Ship Cover, and when I attempt to check out, I get an error message. I am able to purchase the USPS insurance, which ironically enough is typically $1 more expensive.

Any ideas or suggestions here? I have called Ebay customer service and was told to clear my cache and cookies, which I did and stll unable to purchase.

I havent tried another browser, but I have tried on the app on my phone. I use Chrome. Thanks for the speedy response.

@bourboncitytc Have you tried another browser? Turn off any pop up or script blockers.
