Unable to purchase items on my account
Dear eBay Support Team,
I am writing to inquire about a recurring issue I'm experiencing when attempting to purchase items on your platform.
I frequently encounter the error message "Unfortunately, this item isn't available for purchase in your location" (error code: 6290619-1259530x) during checkout. This restriction prevents me from completing purchases for various items that I'm interested in.
I have a shipping address in Delaware where I receive my purchases, but I'm still unable to complete these transactions.
I would like to understand:
1. Why certain items show this location restriction error
2. Whether there are any steps I can take to resolve this issue
3. If there are alternative options available to complete these purchases
I value shopping on eBay and would appreciate any guidance you can provide to help resolve this matter.

Mentor6 months agoWhere are you located? Perhaps certain items cannot be purchased from that location, despite using a US freight forwarding address.
