Unable to provide customers with new invoice
Hello,
I am very upset. I have contacted eBay numerous times and they said the issue with being able to provide customers with a new invoice would be fixed. Customers cannot request a new invoice when they want to purchase multiple items. I have been sending them shipping discount refunds and that is not how I would like to do business. I set up the correct perimeters for allowing new invoices to be sent and it still does not work for my customers.
What can I do? eBay was not able to help when I called them more than three times and I was told that they were going to fix this issue at their end.

Mentor4 months agoIf eBay is not able to help with this then all you need to do is to find one of the purchases on your sold list. Click on send invoice in the drop down menu next to the item. This will place all of the buyers purchases on one invoice and you can change the shipping charge to allow for combined shipping. Then you send the new invoice. So all the buyer needs to do is to ask you for the combined invoice.
