unable to provide bank info what happens next
sold single item, unable to provide bank routing number, a selling is now locked. what happens next. will buying be disabled too?

Why can't you provide your bank information?
Until you do so, Ebay will hold your payout. Eventually (about 6 months) they will turn over your money to your state's treasury department where you can try to claim it.
You will still be able to buy on Ebay.
