Unable to process shipping label

I have an item where the buyer has paid and I am now trying to print a shipping label It will take me into where I choose weight and shape of package as well as carrier and that is as far as I can get. It will not go to the next step of purchasing the label. We have tried many different ways but so far nothing is working. I have been an ebayer for 20 years and have never had a shipping problem. I printed a label on Saturday, I am wondering if the fact that changer in price of shipping was changed on Sat. 19 if that could have done something. Thanks. Also do you have a telephone # for ebay. Thanks

Mentor2 weeks agoMake sure you’ve scrolled all the way to the bottom of the page to find the blue print button.
You might also need to scroll to the right and then all the way down.

I don’t think the shipping rate change itself should prevent you from purchasing a label.
Since you can enter the package information and select a carrier but can’t get to the purchase step, I would first try another browser or device. You can also try purchasing the label directly from Seller Hub > Orders.
If it still stops at the same point, it may be a technical issue on eBay’s side rather than anything you are doing wrong.
