Unable to process return Product - Sellers Processes is not working
Hi community members. I was supposed to process a returned product I bought on ebay. The seller sent to my a QR code via my email in other to return the product and get my refund. Unfortunately, the QR code sent to me is not working, it is generating error message when I clicked it. I cannot reach the seller neither ebay. How can I resolve this issue. I have sent several messages on my customer porter on ebay, no reply

Are you signed in to the same eBay account you used to make the original purchase?
