Hi again, just remembered that if the Buyer purchased as a Guest you cannot leave Feedback on the transaction for them since the item was not purchased from an account. And the Buyer can't either. That could also be the problem.

Mentor1 year agoPerhaps you waited too long. You have 60 days to leave feedback. After that, you can't.

Now that's odd ... have you tried a different browser or if using the phone app uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
It may just be a temporary glitch but if you want to try and speak to eBay ...
