unable to pay and collect on auction

I received an email saying that I had the owning bid but the screen that I get when I click the link says the item isn't available. Now I am still getting the emails saying I need to pay!

Look in your Purchase History > https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase

is the item there awaiting payment?

Make sure you are signed in to the correct eBay account, find the transaction in your Purchase History and try paying there rather than using the link in an email.

If that does not work, try another browser to rule out a browser issue.
