Unable to message seller after item delivered.

Question

Purchased item but when it arrived it was missing part shown in the pics in the item listing.

System won’t let me message the seller to ask him to ship the missing part or provide a refund for the value.

You also have the option to file a Return Request due to "item does not match description"Read here > https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041

If you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.
