Unable to make purchases
I've been trying to purchase various products for several days, but I can't.
I keep getting an error - "The item you are trying to purchase is not available for purchase in your location. You cannot buy this item.{e203364-1255669x}"
It doesn't matter what the product is, where it's sent from, and where it's delivered.
Could you halp me, please?

Mentor2 years agoI'm sorry, we can't help with that. US shipments to Ukraine are suspended right now, so no one can ship to you.

I have shipping address in USA and would like to get parcel on US address.

Mentor2 years agoDid you change your main shipping address to USA? If your main shipping address is in Ukraine it will be blocked by most sellers.

OP2 years agoMy main shipping address is in USA.
I completely deleted the Ukrainian address from my personal account - it did not help.

I have found that not all goods have an error. Some can still be ordered with shipping to the USA
But most are impossible. Even though the description for these goods says that they can be shipped to the USA.
