Unable to make offers or respond to sellers offers
I have lost the ability to make offers on listings that accept them and can not review offers or respond/accept offers from sellers. This happened in the last couple of days - any ideas?

What operating system are you using?
Any difference if you try another browser?
Or if you sign in to ebay.ca instead of ebay.com and try to accept an offer there?
